Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Support budgeting processes and assist in long-range financial planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
