- Lead budgeting cycles across 15+ portfolio companies
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment or tech sectors

- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
