Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform strategic investment decisions
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and valuation reports
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support due diligence processes
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis or investment banking experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
