Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop comprehensive financial models for business valuation and scenario planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership decision-making
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
