Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain key performance dashboards to monitor business metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial initiatives with organizational goals
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or progress toward certification preferred
