Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support organizational goals and strategy.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, assess performance against budget, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop complex financial models to project future performance and evaluate various business scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role within the finance industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
