Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and macros
- Expertise in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills for executive communication
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare finance preferred
