Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear narrative explanations
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CMA, CFA, or CPA certification preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
