Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop sophisticated financial models for contract pricing and profitability analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and OMB circular requirements
- Collaborate with program managers to optimize resource allocation across projects
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key government stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in government contracting or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations and budget cycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
