Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans encompassing investments, retirement, and risk management
- Cultivate and maintain high-net-worth client relationships through hybrid in-person/virtual meetings
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on portfolio optimization
- Utilize CRM systems to track client goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal wealth managers on complex financial strategies
- Conduct financial literacy workshops for corporate partners
Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/65 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years financial advisory experience with proven client acquisition success
- Strong proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage flexible schedules
- CFP designation preferred
