Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and policies
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch management on service improvements
- Participate in quarterly security training protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in financial services
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
