Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Build deep client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve complex account issues and escalated customer concerns
- Actively promote banking products (loans, investments, credit cards)
- Maintain $100K+ cash drawer with perfect reconciliation
- Train new tellers on proprietary banking systems
- Participate in branch sales initiatives and community outreach
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume banking experience
- Proven track record in sales and upselling
- Advanced knowledge of FinTech and digital banking tools
- Strong cash handling experience with zero discrepancies
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual clientele
- Series 6/63 securities license preferred
- BS in Finance or Business Administration
