Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses
- Present investment opportunities aligned with clients' risk tolerance and goals
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies quarterly
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial planning
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with tax and legal professionals for comprehensive solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advising experience with proven client acquisition track record
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Texas Life & Health Insurance license required
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
