Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive communication
- Stay current on financial markets, regulations, and industry trends to provide optimal client advice
- Meet/exceed sales targets by identifying new client opportunities through networking and referrals
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain detailed financial records
- Collaborate with internal partners (tax specialists, estate planners) to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Adhere to FINRA regulations and ethical standards in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years of financial services sales/advising experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Unrestricted ability to work in the United States
