Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and consultations with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans, investment strategies, and retirement solutions tailored to client goals.
- Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and trust-based service.
- Stay current with market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in community outreach events to generate leads and expand the firm's presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, annuities, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect for new clients and manage a sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
