Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 12-week financial advisor training program
- Shadow senior advisors to learn client consultation techniques
- Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication
- Develop personalized financial plans for retirement, investments, and insurance
- Meet monthly performance metrics while receiving ongoing coaching
- Stay current on financial regulations and market trends
- Participate in networking events to expand client base
Qualifications
- No prior finance experience required – we train you from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass Series 65/66 licensing exams (training provided)
- Pass background check and FINRA registration
