Responsibilities
- Review and analyze credit applications and financial statements from potential clients.
- Assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits based on risk factors.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for approval or denial.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit files and transactions.
- Communicate with clients regarding credit decisions and policy inquiries.
- Identify trends in credit risk and suggest improvements to our underwriting guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in credit analysis or a similar financial role is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
