Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid training program covering financial planning, investment strategies, and compliance
- Develop client acquisition skills through our proven prospecting system and warm lead generation
- Master financial product knowledge including retirement planning, investments, and insurance solutions
- Create personalized financial plans for clients using our proprietary planning software
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial check-ins
- Collaborate with senior advisors to close deals and implement client strategies
- Adhere to FINRA/SEC regulations and maintain fiduciary standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Finance/Business preferred but not required)
- Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and financial concepts
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to pass Series 65/66 licensing exams (training provided)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
