Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients through networking and relationship building.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify clients' short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Financial Planning: Develop, present, and implement personalized financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and insurance products.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and recommendations adhere to strict regulatory standards and company policies.
- Market Education: Educate clients on market trends and financial products to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior advisors and support staff to optimize client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- License Requirements: Must be willing and able to obtain FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, and 63) within the first 6-12 months of employment.
