Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, conducting regular check-ins to understand their evolving financial needs.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, estate planning, tax strategies, and risk management tailored to individual client goals.
- Investment Management: Manage client investment portfolios, execute trades, and continuously monitor market trends to optimize asset allocation and returns.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all advisory activities strictly adhere to FINRA, SEC regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Business Development: Proactively generate new business through networking, community involvement, and referral programs to expand the client base.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and management to track portfolio performance and progress toward financial milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Licensing: Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related sales roles.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building a book of business.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail) and financial planning tools.
