Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain client relationships through trust-based consultations
- Analyze market trends to recommend investment portfolios
- Explain complex financial products in accessible terms
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets
- Stay current with FINRA regulations and industry certifications
- Collaborate with portfolio management team
Qualifications
- Series 7 & 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years financial services experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales/client acquisition
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor with high emotional intelligence
