Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Needs: Conduct in-depth financial assessments for clients to understand their goals, risk tolerance, and current financial standing.
- Develop Plans: Create comprehensive, personalized financial plans including retirement, estate, and investment strategies.
- Manage Portfolios: Oversee and monitor investment portfolios, making adjustments as needed to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and transparent communication.
- Market & Grow: Actively market services to potential clients in the New Orleans area to expand our client base.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and activities adhere to SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or a related field.
- Licensure: Series 6, 7, and/or 63 licenses required; Series 66 preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of self-scheduling and managing time effectively in a flexible environment.
