Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans encompassing investments, retirement, tax strategies, and risk management
- Cultivate and maintain high-net-worth client relationships through proactive communication and trust-building
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide optimal guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences across wealth management services
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic business development activities
- Maintain FINRA Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses as required
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and portfolio performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFP preferred)
- 3+ years experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
- Valid FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (ability to obtain within 90 days if unlicensed)
- Proven track record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Self-motivated professional comfortable with autonomous work environments
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning software
- California residency required for in-state client servicing
