Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement aspirations.
- Analyze client financial situations to create comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, and tax strategies.
- Execute trades and manage investment portfolios aligned with clients' risk profiles and market conditions.
- Market and promote the firm's financial products and services through networking, community events, and strategic referrals.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide ongoing advisory services to ensure clients stay on track with their financial milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax specialists and estate planners, to provide holistic, one-stop-shop solutions.
- Proactively seek professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, brokerage, or wealth management (Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (CFA or CFP designation is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to fiduciary responsibility.
