Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face consultations and networking events.</li><li>Analyze clients' financial situations, including assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk tolerance, to create comprehensive financial plans.</li><li>Present and explain complex financial concepts, investment strategies, and product recommendations in a clear, understandable manner.</li><li>Execute trades and manage investment portfolios in accordance with client objectives and regulatory standards.</li><li>Drive business development through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging referrals from the existing client base.</li><li>Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide timely advice and adjust strategies as necessary.</li><li>Stay current with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and product updates to ensure full adherence to FINRA and SEC guidelines.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain immediately).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.</li><li>Proven track record of sales performance or customer service excellence.</li><li>Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed personal and team financial goals.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.</li><li>Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.</li></ul>
