Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships through personalized financial planning and investment strategies
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and present actionable recommendations
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients through networking and referrals
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies based on market changes and client goals
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and maintain all required securities licenses
- Collaborate with internal specialists (tax, estate, retirement) to deliver holistic solutions
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage pipeline efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Current Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial services experience with proven client acquisition record
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- FINRA registrations (CRD#) and clean compliance record
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM platforms
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities
