Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Series 7 & 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven client acquisition track record
- Proficiency in financial planning software (training provided for proprietary tools)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Texas resident with ability to work in-person at our Houston office
