Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve routine issues
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns and community outreach events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with banking software and basic office technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical cash
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean background check
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
