Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular portfolio reviews
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic networking and referrals
- Stay current on market trends, tax laws, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client service delivery
- Utilize CRM system to track client interactions and business metrics
- Maintain compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) licenses required
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services or sales
- CFP® designation or commitment to obtain within 18 months
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and financial modeling expertise
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation
