Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile client financial accounts with precision
- Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support tax preparation and audit processes
- Train junior staff on financial software protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Payroll processing certification (ADP preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
