- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable within tight weekly deadlines
- Generate financial statements and management reports monthly
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support annual audits and tax preparation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel Advanced
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven track record of meeting weekly financial deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
