Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers for diverse client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements weekly
- Prepare financial reports including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily bookkeeping operations
- Conduct monthly financial audits and variance analysis
- Collaborate with CPAs for quarterly tax preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet weekly deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
