Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage payroll processing for 15+ employees weekly
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud
- Train clients on bookkeeping best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bookkeeping certification (e.g., CB) preferred
