- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Train staff on financial protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- AAS in Accounting or relevant certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
