Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly/year-end reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for advanced financial modeling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with zero errors
- Strong analytical skills for identifying financial discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills for client/stakeholder reporting
