Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time (weekly and bi-weekly).
- Verify timecards, leave balances, and deductions to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reports and tax filings.
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay, taxes, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR department to update compensation structures.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
