Responsibilities
- Build client relationships through networking and referrals in Scottsdale's affluent community
- Conduct financial needs analysis for individuals and families
- Develop personalized investment strategies aligned with client goals
- Present financial products and services including retirement planning, investments, and insurance
- Complete required securities licenses (Series 63/65/66) with company-sponsored training
- Maintain compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
