Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into our accounting software.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with the monthly closing process.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices.
- Reconcile credit card statements and verify expense reports.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and maintaining ledgers.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
