Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and report preparation
- Organize and file financial documents with precision
- Support senior accountants during audits and tax season
- Communicate financial data clearly to clients and team members
- Continuously develop accounting knowledge through training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in accounting preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
