Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Manage payroll data entry and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel experience preferred.
- Willingness to obtain QuickBooks certification or on-the-job training.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
