Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process invoices and manage vendor records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and balance sheets under supervision.
- Support the month-end closing process and assist with payroll preparation.
- Organize and file financial documents and receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with numbers.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn accounting software and industry-specific tools.
