Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account status.
- Assist the senior accounting team with ad-hoc financial projects and audits.
- Utilize accounting software to update and maintain transaction logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and obtain professional certifications.
