Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately and on time.
- Enter financial data into accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior bookkeeping or accounting experience necessary.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
