As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our clients and company.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and code invoices accurately within our accounting software.
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end close procedures.
- Maintain organized records and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (College coursework in accounting is a plus but not mandatory).
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
