Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Process invoices and bills while ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll preparation under supervision.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
