Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Enter and verify financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for invoices and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and expense summaries.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc projects and data analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and financial processes.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
