- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports including profit/loss statements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for client documents
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Communicate financial updates to clients via email/in-person
- Adhere to GAAP principles and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
