Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry into accounting software.
- Prepare basic financial reports and monthly summaries.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and month-end close procedures.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc financial analysis tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
