Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and payroll preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support audits and tax documentation processes
- Learn and implement QuickBooks software workflows
- Communicate financial updates to senior accountants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided)
