Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accurate data entry and bank reconciliation.
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, bills, and payments.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve account discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with general administrative accounting duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and processes.
